The User Account Creation Process Workflow Guidelines
Fill-up the application form available here making sure the data is accurate. You *MUST* provide an existing email address that you can access. If you do not have an existing email account, you are requested to create one on any of the free EMAIL services i.e. Gmail / Yahoo! / MSN / Rediffmail etc.
Once you have filled up and submitted the form, you can then use this link to check whether your name is now in the list of pending accounts list. Once you seen your name on that list, you may need to wait for a couple of days.
Check the email address provided by you from time to time to see if you have received a confirmation email. You will need to confirm your request for account creation.
Once you have confirmed it online, you should now be able to see your name on this list of verified email addresses. NOTE: Your name will now be removed from the "Pending User Application" list.
After your account has been successfully created, your name will appear on this list here. You will receive instructions on activating and starting to use your WBSU user account
In case, you do not receive *any* notification and your name remains on the "Pending User Application" list for more than 4 days, please check for any problem by checking this list. If you find your name to be on this list, ask the concerned authority for further instructions.
